Workshop on IT project contract law: classic or agile?

The IT competence network cyberLAGO e.V. is organizing an interesting workshop in Constance on Wednesday, 4 March at 4 pm. The workshop deals with the topics of contract management, central regulatory issues and dealing with imbalances and is aimed at project managers and decision-makers.

Together with the law firm Vogel & Partner Rechtsanwälte mbB, Stuttgart/ Karlsruhe (cyberLAGO founding member), cyberLAGO e.V. invites project managers (commercial, technical or legal) as well as managing directors/board members (CEO, CIO, CTO, CFO) to the practice-oriented workshop "IT project contract law: classic or agile?" (Flyer).

The speakers will be RA Dr. Ralf Klühe and Prof. Dr. Marc Strittmatter will first discuss the central areas of project contract law and the most important differences between classic and agile IT project contracts using examples from their consulting practice and then work with the participants to identify key regulatory issues. The handling of imbalances can be practiced using typical case constellations. Participants can also bring their own problems and cases to the workshop. The identification, avoidance and resolution of conflicts that usually arise in complex IT projects will be the focus of the entire workshop.

Costs: members €50 / external participants €150 per person (plus VAT).

The number of participants is limited to 30 people.
